Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional hospitality and culinary experience. General Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to formulating overall strategy, managing people, and maintaining adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in restaurant management, a passion for hospitality and a dedication to exceeding guest expectations. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker. You should also have a strong ability for team growth and development while contributing to productivity, overseeing all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit.Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functionsFoster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction among staff membersDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and serviceRecruit, train and develop a talented team of professionals, promoting a positive work environment and professional development opportunitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulation, as well as company policies and proceduresManage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize financial performanceCultivate relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners to enhance the restaurant's reputation and market presenceKnowledge of industry trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovationCoordinate the employee evaluation process and provide continuous feedbackPrepare regular reports for upper managementAnticipate and proactively address potential issues; propose solutions to challengesRequirements:At least five years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in an upscale/casual fine dining establishmentProven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and inspiring excellenceStrong business acumen with a results-oriented mindsetKnowledge of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirementsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
