Flexlume is hiring a new Project Manager to help us deliver innovative signage for brands nationally. We have established a new 30,000 sq. ft. facility and need energetic new team members to support our growth. This exciting role will simultaneously oversee multiple approved projects for exterior and interior signs through from the launch through sourcing and fabrication, delivery & installation. The successful execution of all of these tasks is crucial to not only our success but that of our customers.

Job Summary:
The candidate is someone that will thrive while managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. They will promote and foster a positive team culture and facilitate cross-functional communication and transparency. The position reports to the President/CEO of Flexlume.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Project Managent
Develop and execute detailed plans for each project outlining requirements and timing to meet objectives, schedule, and budget
Document product specifications, building and site plans and other documents as necessary to support each project
Manage project documentation and details in the Company’s ERP system
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, company policy, and procedures for team members
Manage the permitting process with various municipalities to secure permits or variances as needed for applicable projects, coordinating documentation as needed
Obtain materials, equipment and staffing through vendors using the procurement process, following up as necessary to ensure timely delivery of needed items
Keep detailed records of orders, deliveries, and other related details for project updates
Arrange for site access for installation/service work
Coordinate installation/service schedule with all parties involved, including on-site direction as needed
Prepare and process change orders to jobs in process with follow up to ensure all affected documents and procedures reflect the change
Complete project close-out process to ensure accurate and timely billing, including documentation, photos and signoffs of completed projects
Track and communicate progress throughout project stages
Scheduling
Schedule the field team and subcontractors as necessary to ensure timely, efficient completion of multiple, simultaneous projects
Ensure they have daily schedule, project details, documents, materials, product and tools they need to do the job
Communication & Support
Support and communicate with all internal teams as necessary to ensure successful completion of individual tasks and overall projects
Communicate any unclear or missing project detail to the appropriate sales team members
Communication with Flexlume team (including Sales, Marketing, Design Services, Manufacturing and Field Operations), suppliers, subcontractors and customers as needed regarding delays
Communicate with customers throughout execution of projects
Communicate regularly and candidly with customers, internal team members, subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers
Occasional travel to job sites may be require
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Results-driven with a sense of urgency, strong follow-up skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, and quality conscious with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to manage and/or support over 200 ongoing projects
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with ERP systems, preferably EPICOR, is ideal
Eager to learn and engage in ongoing internal process improvement
Strong computer skills and fluency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Motivated team player that is a self-starter
Passion for working with people and driving results
Education and Experience Requirements:
Preferred 3+ years of experience project management working in a related industry
Valid Driver’s License
Sign industry experience is a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus
POSITION: Full-Time, Exempt
