The role oversees planning, execution, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and RFP support to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end IT project delivery across teams and vendors.Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and RAID logs.Control scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.Deliver clear executive updates and maintain governance documentation.Support RFP tasks: requirements, evaluations, and recommendations.Facilitate meetings, communication, and cross-team coordination.Work onsite with County stakeholders as required.Required Skills2–7+ years managing IT infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, or vendor implementation projects.Strong planning, scheduling, RAID, and reporting skills.Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.Preferred SkillsRFP development and procurement coordination experience.Public sector or government project exposure.Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.Apply NowEqual Opportunity EmployerMACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
