You’ll ensure every job is completed with care, efficiency, and compassion — the Caring Transitions way.What You’ll Do:Supervise and motivate field teams during on-site projects, Lead projects from START to FINISH  ​​​Oversee packing, sorting, organizing, emptying, liquidating and cleaning out homesCommunicate with employees to ensure maximum efficiency, teach, train & lead with positivity! Manage project timelines and quality standardsMaintain supplies for daily operationsRequirements:✅ Leadership and organizational skills✅ Reliable transportation and clean driving record✅ Positive, compassionate attitude✅ Ability to lift 50 pounds ✅ Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM 📍 Locations: Jupiter  ✨ Caring Transitions — helping families through life’s biggest moves with compassion and care.
