Position SummaryThe Director of Finance is the senior financial leader for ProCaps Laboratories and the primary financial advisor to the CEO. This role oversees all finance operations and is responsible for building and developing the broader finance function, while overseeing and partnering with the Accounting team.This position plays a critical role in providing critical insights to the CEO, driving financial governance, and providing financial rigor to decision making in a fast-growing organization.This is a builder role. The ideal candidate has operated in a lean, private company environment, built a team, and can move fluidly between strategic financial planning, operational analysis, and cross-functional business partnering. Experience in manufacturing or CPG with multi-channel DTC economics is strongly preferredRequirementsMINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIESEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required, MBA preferred10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership rolePrivate, founder-lead company experience is a plusManufacturing, CPG, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food & beverage background requiredMulti-channel DTC experience and proficiency in direct-to-consumer economicsTechnical & Functional SkillsERP implementation or configuration experience in a finance capacityProven FP&A ownership; led annual budget process and presented financial results directly to CEO or boardStrong background in working capital management and CapEx ROI modelingGAAP compliance and internal controls experience in a manufacturing or regulated environmentAdvanced analytics capability (Power BI or similar)Leadership & Professional SkillsBuilder background; comfort working lean and building a teamCross-functional range, having worked directly with manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, and operations leadershipStrong communication and presentation skills; comfortable reporting to a CEO in a founder-led environmentHighly analytical, organized, and able to translate complex data into clear business decisionsEssential Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead the company's FP&A function including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range financial modeling, and monthly variance and trend analysisOwn channel profitability reporting, including SKU-level margin analysis and trade spend classificationServe as a strategic financial partner to department heads, providing guidance on pricing, viability of new channels, and resource allocation decisionsBuild and deliver monthly executive reporting package to CEOWorking Capital & Capital PlanningOwn cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and KPI tracking; optimize AP and determine opportunities for vendor payment term optimizationFormalize and own capitalization policy for PPEServe as a partner and advisor to the CEO on CapEx decisions and performance; develop business cases, ROI analysis, and payback modelingMonitor capex performance against approved budgets and report results to the CEO.
