Drywall Finisher

ACI Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Drywall Finisher to join our construction team. This position is responsible for finishing drywall installations to a high-quality standard on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works safely and efficiently in a team environment. Tape and finish drywall seams and joints Apply joint compound using hand and power tools Sand and smooth surfaces in preparation for painting or finishing Repair imperfections, cracks, and damaged drywall areas Match existing textures and finishes when required Measure, cut, and fit drywall materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades on-site Qualifications Previous drywall finishing experience preferred Ability to use drywall finishing tools and equipment safely Knowledge of taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing techniques Ability to read and follow basic construction drawings and instructions Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Preferred Skills Experience on commercial construction projects Familiarity with texture matching and patchwork Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Competitive wages Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer , including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
