Private Equity Debt Finance (Structured Finance) – Mid-Level/Senior Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified associate with four or more years of legal experience to join our Debt Finance practice. Specific experience to include representing borrowers and/or lenders in connection with asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations or warehouse loans. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiation of collateral documents, disclosure schedules, loan amendments, and other loan transaction documents. Position requires strong project management and drafting skills. Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have comparable law firm experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
