ResponsibilitiesReceives instruction, guidance, and direction for production.Meets picking and packing expectations.Unpacks and examines incoming shipments for non-conformity and escalates to appropriate leadership.Performs routine assignments.Demonstrates responsibility for attendance, quality, and attention to detail.Inserts items into containers using spacers, fillers, and protective padding.Uses company equipment and materials properly.Strives to increase productivity.Approaches others in a tactful manner, treats others with respect and consideration regardless of status or position.Accepts responsibility for own actions, follows through on commitments.Participate in team meetings and exchange job related information.RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent0-2 years of experience.Detail oriented and organized.
