PMO Analyst - Tiffany

VirtualUSC, GC and GC EADOnsite: Whippany, NJ (Local)JD:We are seeking a PMO Analyst/PM to lead the development of a financial dashboard in partnership with internal finance teams, financial system product managers, and an external vendor responsible for delivery.This role requires a highly proactive, self-directed professional who can independently drive momentum, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure measurable progress without constant oversight.Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end project management for the financial dashboard initiative• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, PMO, Product, and external vendors• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies• Oversee vendor performance and ensure accountability to scope and schedule• Track capital funding, operating budgets, and overall project financials• Analyze PMO financial data and provide clear reporting on budget performance• Develop concise, executive-ready presentations and reporting materials using Microsoft Office• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive resolutionRequired Experience:• Strong project management experience, including vendor oversight• Experience working with finance teams and managing PMO financials• Deep understanding of capital funding, operating budgets, and project financial reporting• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative• Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting formats and dashboards• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required)Ideal Candidate:• Self-starter who drives progress without waiting for direction• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments• Able to break down financial data and PMO processes into clear, actionable steps• Focused on delivering measurable outcomes within defined timelines
