Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Delivery Consultant for (Engineering, Energy, Utility & MEP) Job Title: Lead Transmission Line Engineer Locations: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Transmission Line Design Engineer with a strong background in electric utility transmission system design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE and a passion for mentoring and developing staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering ( Civil preferred ) 10+ years of experience in transmission system design ( 8+ years with a Master’s ) Proficiency in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE Strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams Business acumen with a focus on project performance metrics Ability to work independently and in a team environment Passion for mentoring and developing staff Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of supervisory experience M.S. in Structural Engineering Experience with TOWER software EIT or PE certification Familiarity with LPILE, FAD, Mathcad, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and GIS This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while growing within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
