Construction Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction who can excel in both project execution and client communication. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish. You’ll be joining a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the success of each project.Responsibilities:Oversee interior apartment renovations from start to finishBuild scopes of work for each projectCoordinate closely with project coordinators and subcontractorsManage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3–5)Ensure compliance with condo and co-op alteration agreementsMaintain project timelines, budgets, and change ordersRegularly visit project sites in NYCJob requirements10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interior design or constructionBackground in interior apartment renovationsFamiliarity with condo and co-op renovation processes and alteration agreementsStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to oversee all phases of a project independently
