Litigation Paralegal Cincinnati, OhioMW Talent is partnering with a prestigious personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal .This position is 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week (in-person required).RequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of litigation experience in a Personal Injury law firm.Expert understanding of civil litigation timelines, deadlines, and filing procedures.E-filing experience across multiple court platforms.ResponsibilitiesDraft deposition notices, discovery requests and responses, and complaints/lawsuits.Communicate with clients to draft discovery responses and standard objections, and collect and verify medical treatment information.Schedule depositions, trial preparation meetings, court reporters, and witness meetings.Manage attorney calendars and ensure all litigation deadlines are met.Coordinate with treating physicians, opposing counsel, and internal team members as needed.Compensation & BenefitsThe firm offers a generous compensation package including:Group Health InsuranceDental and Vision Coverage401(k) Retirement PlanComprehensive Wellness Package
