*TEMPORARY VIRTUAL INTERVIEWER * *2-Week Remote Project | $700 Total* Looking for a simple, short-term opportunity you can do from home and around your regular work schedule? *OdehMickens* *Chick-fil-A* is looking for 4 friendly, reliable people to help conduct virtual candidate interviews during the weeks of October 5 and October 12. No recruiting experience is required. We provide the interview questions, guide, scoring tools, and instructions. If you can communicate professionally, follow a simple process, and reliably show up for your scheduled interviews, we’ll show you the rest. *—————THE BASICS* * 100% remote * 2-week temporary project * October 5–16, 2026 * $350/week | $700 total * Approximately 3 hours/day * Approximately 15 hours/week * Monday–Friday preferred * 4-day scheduling may be accommodated (fewer days, longer daily blocks) * Approximately 6 virtual interviews per day *—————FLEXIBLE WORK TIMES* You’ll reserve a 3-hour interview block ahead of time for each day, mutually agreed upon, and you and our Talent Team will schedule candidates within that availability. Typical blocks may look like: Morning: 10 AM–1 PM Midday: 1 PM–4 PM Afternoon: 3 PM–6 PM There’s some flexibility. We can slide your block earlier or later when needed. For example, 10 AM–1 PM could become 9 AM–12 PM. We simply want to keep interviews within reasonable daytime hours for candidates. This makes the project easy to work around another job or commitment. Work mornings? Choose a later block. Work afternoons or evenings? Choose an earlier one. *—————WHAT YOU’LL DO* We keep the process simple: Follow the guide → Ask the questions → Listen → Score & document Each interview is approximately 15-20 minutes, with time between candidates for notes and transitions. You’ll: * Conduct video interviews through Zoom or Microsoft Teams * Follow the provided interview guide and questions * Professionally engage with each candidate * Complete brief interview scores and notes * Communicate any questions or follow-up needs to the Talent Supervisor *————— WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU * You should be: * Friendly and professional * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable talking with people on video * A good listener and communicator * Able to follow clear instructions * Comfortable with basic technology like Zoom (we can teach you) * Dependable during the interview blocks you reserve Because candidates will be scheduled specifically around your availability, showing up on time for the blocks you commit to is especially important. *————— WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS* For many candidates, you’ll be their first real interaction with our organization.
