Technical Engagement Coordinator - DevOps

Overview In this role you will drive deployment automation and DevOps governance for a team focused on CICD, configuration, and automation. You will manage client relationships and coordinate reporting to align with Citi-stakeholder expectations. You will implement and evangelize Agile practices while enabling teams through tooling and automation to accelerate delivery. This position offers exposure to a diverse toolchain and a chance to shape how deployments and operations scale within a complex environment. ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and governance across projectsLead deployment automation initiatives using tools like Jenkins, RunDeck, Ansible, Artifactory, and OpenShiftCoordinate CI/CD pipeline integration with ALM tools (OpenALM, HPALM, VersionOne, CA Rally)Develop automation for software deployment and operations using multiple scripting languagesConfigure monitoring and notification tooling (Sensu, Cabot/PagerDuty, Graphite/ Grafana, ELK)Automate installation and configuration of application servers (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat)Automate database provisioning and configuration (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, MongoDB)Develop and maintain SCM workflows using GIT with Bitbucket and GitLab CI/CDPromote Agile software development methodologies within the organizationSupport team acquisition, development, retention and enablement of staff Key requirementsExperience with Citi environment and stakeholder management preferredStrong background in DevOps tooling and deployment automationExcellent communication skillsProven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage expectationsExcellent communicationStakeholder managementAgile mindsetJenkinsRunDeckAnsible
