Construction Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (Education / Healthcare / Science / Technology / Civic Projects) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (94101) Salary: $180,000 per yearKey ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle for large, complex, or multiple projects—from preconstruction through close-outDrive project pursuits, including proposals, cost estimation, and bidding processesManage project budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and billingOversee contract administration, subcontractor selection, and risk managementEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standardsCollaborate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams (OAC)Support field operations in coordination with superintendents and site teamsMentor and develop project team membersBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsPromote safety, operational excellence, and best practices (Lean, VDC, etc.)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in construction project managementProven experience in one or more of the following sectors:EducationHealthcareScience & TechnologyCivic/Institutional projectsTechnical ExpertiseExperience with design-build and alternative delivery methodsStrong background in preconstruction, estimating, and procurementFamiliarity with building permits and construction trades (MEP)Solid understanding of construction safety standardsPreferred CertificationsOSHA 10LEED APDBIA
