In this role, you will provide onsite maintenance and technical expertise supporting advanced counter-unmanned aircraft system (cUAS) technologies. This position requires a dedicated professional who can deliver reliable field engineering support in dynamic operational environment. A current Secret clearance is required.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide daily operation reports of the system as required by the customer.Provide FSE support as requested by the customer.Install and Maintain c-UAS equipment.Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows and Linux operating systems.Network hardware/software over classified and unclassified government networks.Understand mission planning system functions and external interfaces, including setup and teardown procedures.Manage GFE inventory pertaining the c-UAS system.Update system and program documentation as required by the customer.Work independently, as well as part of a team, identifying and analyzing important factors and conditions to anticipate customer needs.Decide on the appropriate course of action based on analyses of subjects and issues related to assignments.Collaborate with customer or internal functional organization to develop, enhance, and/or evaluate system performance.QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree and five (5) years relevant experience; Master's degree and three (3) or more years of experience.10 additional years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle).Required ClearanceSecret clearance required to start.U.S. citizenship required.Required QualificationsMinimum of 4 years’ of hands-on experience working with c-UAS (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) technologies and operations. Understanding of fundamental networking concepts and power system principles.Background in systems engineering, with the ability to support desing, development and lifecycle activities.Working knowledge of RF sources, antennas and related signal concepts.Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and end-to-end system testing. Proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting results to support system performance assessments.Ability to work safely at elevated heights; fall-protection training or experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of operational duties.
