Lead Developer

.Net Developer (Full-time, Contract, 6 months, Hybrid) – Locations: Sunrise, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; New York, NY. Job Description We are looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to join our end-to-end delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET/C#, REST APIs, MS SQL, MVC, and React JS, along with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership. Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices is a strong plus. You will be responsible for building, testing, documenting, deploying, and supporting high-quality applications while actively participating in Agile ceremonies and production support activities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, C#, MVC, and React JS Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services Write efficient queries and manage data using MS SQL Server Complete coding assignments, unit testing, documentation, and timely delivery Participate in end-to-end application development, from requirement analysis to production support Raise and manage RFCs (Requests for Change) as part of release and deployment processes Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues for owned components Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Proactively identify reliability, performance, and monitoring improvements (SRE mindset) Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core and C# Hands-on experience with REST API development Proficiency in MS SQL Server, queries, and performance tuning Experience with MVC architecture Frontend experience with React JS Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD basics Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication skills and ability to actively contribute in meetings Good to Have Exposure to SRE concepts (monitoring, alerting, reliability, incident management) Experience with application deployment pipelines Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus Experience supporting production environments Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $50 – $55 per hour.
