DescriptionLocation: Los Angeles & Long Beach, CA or Inland Empire area/ Palm DesertPay Rate: $85,000 to $100,000 per year + $5,000 of Auto allowanceSchedule: Full-time | 40 Hours per Week I Hybrid PositionNote: Properties are mostly located in San Bernardino County area but will be reporting directly to the main office in Long Beach area.About The RoleThe Regional Property Supervisor for our Affordable Housing portfolio embodies our core values and brings a strong passion for compliance-driven property management to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.The ideal candidate communicates with radical transparency, builds trust through clarity, and consistently puts the customer first—always.What You’ll DoWalk the properties assignedComply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.Main point of contact for our property owners and property managersSupervise a portfolio of multi-family Affordable Housing properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong resident outcomes.Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials.Accountable for maintaining the physical asset + performance of assigned properties.Directly Supervise employees to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, timesheets, etc.Oversee and monitor annual and ongoing income certifications, compliance deadlines, and program requirements. .Making hiring decisions to ensure an employee is in the right seat.Assessing property needs by evaluating staff performance.Assist with other duties as assigned.Requirements5+ years of experience managing Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and/or Affordable Housing portfoliosStrong customer service, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilities with a proven ability to prioritize competing deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and TeamsStrong leasing judgment and decision-making skillsDemonstrated problem-solving ability, synthesizing multiple perspectives, and recommending practical solutionsExperience managing, scheduling, and inspecting apartment maintenance, property marketing, and property insurance activitiesStrong supervisory, personnel management, and team-development skillsTakes action with appropriate urgency, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentAdditional QualificationsYardi Voyager experience (Required)Proficient Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and ProceduresAffordable Housing Experience ( 5 Years) Travel RequirementsThis role requires reliable transportation, and travel needs may change as required.BenefitsEmployee Assistance Program401(k) MatchingLife InsuranceHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePet InsuranceEmployee Discount ProgramBereavement LeaveApply TodayBring your property management experience to a team that values your leadership and invests in your growth.Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
