Alongside our team of elite Sales Consultants, you'll solve some of the greatest pains in business today – including attracting, screening, hiring, onboarding, and developing salespeople – leveraging our comprehensive training and coaching resources.It's our responsibility to provide the resources, knowledge, and strategies so our Sales Consultants and clients can achieve compelling results. It'll be your job to hunt, qualify and close new business while fulfilling our services by executing our proven processes.Your Day‐to‐DayTopaz Sales Consultants are responsible for selling our industry‐leading training products and services and coaching our client's sales teams to drive growth and success. You will perform coaching and training to ensure deliverables and client expectations are achieved while transforming how they interact with their customers using Topaz's proprietary offerings.In addition, you will be expected to uncover, qualify, and close new opportunities while building a referral network with strategic partners and potential leads.
