Job Opportunity: Full-Time NeuroradiologistOur organization, in collaboration with a prominent healthcare facility in Queens, NY, is on the lookout for a dedicated Neuroradiologist to join our team. This facility is a 545-bed tertiary care center and an ACS-verified level 1 trauma center, situated in a culturally rich and diverse community. Our radiology team comprises a friendly and knowledgeable group of radiologists, technologists, nurses, and support personnel. The radiology department is equipped with 4 CT scanners, 1 MRI machine, and a state-of-the-art Siemens biplane interventional suite, which plays a crucial role in our new stroke program.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for interpreting diagnostic CT and MRI scans.Occasional interpretation of diagnostic radiography and body CT, though this will be a minor aspect of daily tasks.Work during daytime shifts from Monday to Friday.Minimal on-call duties, which include a few Saturday and Sunday shifts throughout the year.Opportunities for moonlighting are available during evenings and weekends.This position presents a unique opportunity, as turnover within the radiology department is exceptionally low, with many radiologists remaining at this facility for decades.
