Building Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION: Position: Building Maintenance Technician Are you passionate about fixing, building and maintaining equipment and facilities? Do you have a commitment to maintenance and building excellence? Do you work in the maintenance field and LOVE providing safe building facilities? The Maintenance Technician role handles building and facility daily duties; both scheduled and unscheduled, which may include daily check lists, preventive maintenance schedules and posted work orders. The Maintenance Technician performs pool and HVAC checks and will maintain all facility records for pool and boiler checks and maintenance. Some additional facility duties might be painting, equipment cleaning, electrical and plumbing to keep the building in excellent condition. Qualifications: A general know how of a variety of maintenance skills and the corresponding tools/machinery involved, Boilers license, CPO license and CPR certified preferred but will help obtain licenses. Pay based on experience and qualifications!
