DescriptionJob Responsibilities Processes FED Reserve wires using WIMS and ResWare. Performs additional tasks such as stop payments, retrieve check copies and information searches with the banks. • Initiate and Approve Wire requests from WIMS and ResWare • Stop Pay Checks • Check Copies • Process Loss/Recovery Requests • Monitor MyFlash in WIMS and ResWare for declined wires • Monitor ResWare for unapproved wires • Automated Wire Monitor Backup in WIMS • 2- 4 years service • Backup for Wire Team - Las Vegas • Other duties as assigned by management • Work overtime as needed, particularly at month end Skill/Experience/Education• Ability to use WIMS • Ability to use ResWare • Ability to use Echos • Ability to use multiple bank sites • Ability to use Outlook • Accurate keyboarding • Above average math skills • Basic Knowledge of Excel • Ability to maintain composure in times of stress or with difficult customers • Completion of high school diploma • Ability to work independently
