Restaurant Unit Manager - St. Croix

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Unit Manager who will support our operation in delivering Superior Guest Service in a quick service environment by performing duties which will include:
-Managing the day-to-day operations of the unit's performance by understanding and monitoring cost, revenue, labor and inventory control, quality of products and services.
-Manage employee relations, coaching and counseling, recruitment and selection, training.
-Manage the maintaining of food quality to ensure compliance with company, franchise, brand/concept, and regulatory agency requirements.
-Supervise the activities of Assistant Managers.
-Ability to lead and motivate staff.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional interpersonal skills, in dealing with employees, customers, etc. We seek a candidate who is knowledgeable in restaurant operations. The candidate must have the ability to analyze P&L and sales reports. Knowledge of a food/beverage-based business model. Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and/or ServSafe Food Safety certification.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business or similar program; or graduated from a recognized culinary institute highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in restaurant management; or an equivalent of education and experience.
