Job Description:Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid Fall River, MA)Schedule: In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays | Remote: Monday, Wednesday, FridayAbout the RoleD2G Group is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing execution across key product categories.This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on driving cost, quality, and speed-to-marketoutcomes.You ll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Development, Quality, Logistics, and Marketing to bring products from concept to market efficiently and competitively.This role offers a high level of ownership and is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to commute to our Fall River, MA office for in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.What You ll DoExecute sourcing strategies aligned with category goals (cost, quality, lead time)Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationshipsNegotiate pricing and commercial terms for new and existing productsBuild and maintain costing and margin trackingSupport product development, samples, approvals, and launchesCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processesMonitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunitiesWhat We re Looking For5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chainStrong negotiation and supplier management experienceAnalytical mindset with strong Excel skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIndependent, self-starter who takes ownership and drives resultsBachelor s degree in supply chain, Business, or related fieldCompensationStarting at $75,000+ annually, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this role has a minimum base salary of $75,000.Final compensation will be based on experience, expertise, and internal equity.D2G Group offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
