Assembly Operator - S3 (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM; Monday - Thursday)

Job Description Description:Shift: S3 (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM; Monday - Thursday) including a 10% shift differential.Position Purpose: The Assembly Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and performing manual manipulation of product within the specified cycle time.Operate Various Assembly MachinesUnderstand the mechanics of various Assembly Machines (Air Guns, Rotary, Automatic Pre-Drive & Kitting Tools)Setup cell per work instructionsAssemble parts to scheduleCompletes production documentation and reporting requirementsQualityUse measuring tools for managing product quality within defined parameters of the standard work and quality documentationCommunicate to Supervisor any defects or concerns with productCleanlinessKeep work area clean per company housekeeping standardsRestock all packaging needed for jobsSafetyResponsible to follow all safety requirements in regards to behavior and conditions.
