AVIV is seeking compassionate, ethical, and motivated clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Clinicians at AVIV are expected to deliver client-centered care while adhering to professional, legal, and organizational standards. This role offers flexibility, collaboration, and opportunities to grow a sustainable caseload.Job Title: Clinician / TherapistCredentials Accepted: Licensed Therapist, Pre-Licensed Therapist, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC-A, MSW, MS/MAOrganization: AVIVEmployment Type: FFS 10-27 hours weekly Range: $40-60/Hour based on experience and availability (Leadership $60+)Location: Providence, RI - Rehoboth, MA - Andover, MA - VIRTUAL - HYBRIDKey ResponsibilitiesClinical ServicesProvide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions as scheduled.Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.Maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards at all times.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for both virtual and in-person sessions.Documentation & ComplianceComplete all clinical documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.Maintain active licensure or pre-licensure status in good standing, as required by state regulations.Maintain current malpractice (professional liability) insurance.Comply with all AVIV policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.Caseload & SchedulingManage a consistent caseload based on availability and role expectations.Attend scheduled sessions reliably and communicate promptly regarding cancellations or changes.Participate in required supervision, consultation, or team meetings (as applicable).Professional Representation & MarketingRepresent AVIV professionally in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the community.Participate in self-marketing efforts (e.g., professional profiles, outreach, referrals) to help build and maintain a caseload.Allow and support AVIV’s marketing efforts on your behalf while your caseload is being built.QualificationsRequiredMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field (MSW, MS, MA).Active clinical license or pre-licensed status (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC-A, or equivalent).Eligibility to practice and receive supervision (if pre-licensed).Current malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain prior to starting.Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.PreferredExperience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.Familiarity with evidence-based modalities.Interest in collaborative, growth-oriented clinical environments.Professional ExpectationsCommitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.Ability to work independently while collaborating with the AVIV team.Reliability, accountability, and responsiveness in clinical and administrative responsibilities.Respect for diversity, equity, inclusion, and client autonomy.Email us with any questions: Contact@aviv.life WWW.AVIV.LIFE
