Field Services Engineer

To excel in this role, you will need to provide a good combination of technical and customer service skills.How You Will ContributeSupport the IT infrastructure for a department or office including the physical network, servers and applicationsSupport the desktop environment and physical security at local officeConducts evaluation of the technology process problems and recommends solutionsProvides support for complex computing environment in areas such as hardware, software and networksPerform support for special applications requiring extensive knowledge and expertiseMay design and delivery training for enterprise tools and applicationsExecutes core administration tasks and functions in specific area assigned within guidelines and service levelsFollow up on outstanding requests/incidents and ensure timely resolutionCoordinate and support the use of audio and video equipment in conference roomsIdentify and automate processes to improve customer support servicesManage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory recordsSkills & Experience To Be SuccessfulKnowledge of PC security, Identify Management, Office 365 User & Account Management and Security & Compliance module (preferred)SharePoint Security, role base security definitions and deployment (preferred)Experience in an SD-WAN environment (preferred)Previous experience working in a SOX and HIPAA environment (preferred)4+ years’ of experience working in an office/enterprise setting supporting Windows/MAC (preferred)Knowledge of Microsoft Teams technologyWindows desktop environments, Win 11 and Office 365 SuiteIntermediate skills using and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory structure and domains including auditing and group policySecurity enablement on Mobile devices (iOS, Android)Secure Client PC connectivity - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN, and virtual servicesFile server knowledge and File Sharing systems, and SFTP applicationsSecurity products such as laptop encryption, backup, anti-virusExperience with remote desktop support tools, VPN and VDI environmentsStrong customer service and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-usersKnowledge of Information Security, Network Security, Firewall Administration, System AdministrationTeammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
