Project Manager – Hoffman Weber Construction (Twin Cities, MN)Hoffman Weber Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager.This role oversees exterior construction projects from start to finish — ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep construction knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction & PlanningReview and verify project scope with homeowners before start.Confirm material orders are accurate; identify mismeasures or discrepancies.Coordinate scheduling with suppliers, crews, and production management.Conduct pre-job safety inspections and document findings.Lead and train newer PMs on planning and documentation best practices.Project ExecutionMaintain daily or every-other-day contact with crews; verify material needs and job progress.Manage communication with homeowners regarding timelines, delays, and changes.Ensure clean and safe job sites; document pre-existing conditions and progress photos.Proactively resolve issues and provide field support to other PMs as needed.Project CompletionPerform final QC inspections and ensure all punch-list items are completed.Coordinate returns, dumpsters, and permit closures with office staff.Walk the job with the homeowner to confirm satisfaction and request feedback/review.Upload all documentation and photos for final review.Notify Production Manager upon full project completion.Leadership ResponsibilitiesHelp enforce standard operating procedures and accountability measures.Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance and consistency.Partner with Production Management on continuous improvement initiatives.Join a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
