The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Estimated start date of July 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex Lean Six Sigma projects driving process improvement and cost reduction.Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma training programs for organizational staff.Coach and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts to build organizational capability.Collaborate with senior leadership to align improvement projects with business goals.Analyze process data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and track project progress.Ensure compliance with Lean Six Sigma standards and best practices.
