Senior Manager, Compliance & Privacy (Hybrid)

Aeroflow Health - Senior Manager, Compliance & PrivacyAeroflow is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Privacy and Compliance who will report to the Associate General Counsel. The Senior Manager of Compliance and Privacy is responsible for leading and strengthening Aeroflow's enterprise-wide compliance and privacy program. This role drives a proactive culture of compliance, develops, and implements compliance and privacy policies and training, oversees investigations of potential compliance issues, and ensures effective remediation and continuous improvement.Your Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport and continuously enhance Aeroflow's compliance and privacy program in alignment with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and industry standards (including healthcare, privacy, and reimbursement requirements).Drive a strong, values-based culture of compliance across the organization.Support the development and implementation of compliance and privacy policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on existing policies and operations.Design and deliver compliance and privacy training programs for employees, leaders, and key stakeholders.Track training completion and effectiveness, and recommend improvements as needed.Oversee and conduct investigations into alleged or identified compliance and privacy issues.Manage internal reporting mechanisms and ensure issues are escalated appropriately.Develop and oversee corrective action plans to address identified compliance and privacy gaps.Monitor remediation efforts to ensure issues are resolved and controls are strengthened.Use investigation outcomes, audits, and risk assessments to drive continuous program improvement.Work closely with the Associate General Counsel and Legal team on regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and risk management.Partner with Operations, IT, Security, and other teams on privacy, data protection, and compliance initiatives.Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performanceMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialityRegular and reliable attendance as assigned by your scheduleOther job duties assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
