HHM Talent is assisting a client search for a Platform Controller in Albany, Georgia.Position OverviewThe Platform Controller will oversee accounting operations across 4–5 dealership locations, leading a team of accounting professionals while building scalable processes to support rapid growth. This role will play a key part in standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and helping position the organization for long-term expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close across multiple rooftops Oversee accounting operations for 4–5 locations Perform and review bank and floor plan reconciliations Reorganize and improve accounting processes and workflows Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team Supervise 4 Office Managers, 2 Controllers, and a team of ~12 Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives and scalability QualificationsExperience overseeing multiple dealership rooftops Background in a corporate or multi-location automotive environment Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to implement structure and processes in a high-growth setting Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (DealerTrack exposure is a plus) BenefitsNADA Academy Training Flexible work-from-home schedule Relocation assistance available Collaborative, growth-focused work environment with strong leadership
