Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Pharmaceutical/Biological Process Sub‑Function Location: Temecula, CA (Abbott Vascular Devices division). This role involves complex process design, data modeling, testing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities As the Specialist in the Pharmaceutical/Biological Process Sub‑Function, serves as a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization in implementing and maintaining pharmaceutical/biological processes. Calculates and organizes all data for complex process flow sheets, including instrumentation and control considerations. Models processes and unit operations. Ensures proper sequence of operations and prepares specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment. Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over variables such as temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity. Services, troubleshoots, and resolves engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation. Ensures processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations. Qualifications Education : Associate’s degree (± 13 years). Experience / Background : Minimum 7 years. The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00.
