Tabletop Lead
As Tabletop Team Lead, your key responsibilities include: Leading the tabletop team in inventory counting, inspection, and quality control. Ensuring tabletop items are clean, organized, and properly staged for outbound orders. Supervising workflow and assigning tasks to meet event fulfillment deadlines. Training team members on safe handling of fragile inventory and operational procedures. Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting damages or discrepancies in the system. R e q u i r e d High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in warehouse, dishwashing, tabletop or production environments. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a high-volume environment. Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely. Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods and move throughout a large warehouse facility. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. This position operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment. The employee may occasionally be required to work in outdoor loading dock areas subject to varying weather conditions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety footwear, high visibility vests, and gloves is required in designated areas. Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
