Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Cheswick, PA. The Office Associate will manage daily administrative tasks, assist with customer service inquiries, and provide support across departments. Responsibilities include office administration, accounting tasks, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual dedicated to contributing to overall organizational success. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with internal teams and clientsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to handle day-to-day office tasksBasic knowledge of Accounting to manage invoices, records, and related financial tasksExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficientlyProficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative or office management are a plusPrevious experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
