The Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day scheduling and work order management across the Operations and Maintenance team. This role will schedule and coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities across a diverse portfolio, working with area managers and technicians to meet contractual obligations and ensure availability.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain schedule for preventative and corrective maintenance activities throughout the generator fleetManage the full work order life cycle from entered to invoicedCoordinate larger repair projects, working with various third-parties to complete jobsGenerate quotes for work orders above certain revenue thresholds, gaining internal and external approvalWork closely with procurement, generating requests for quotes and purchase orders for materials and subcontractorsWork closely with accounting to ensure work orders are billed properlyTrack and report various KPI’s to upper managementAssist with continuous improvement of CMMS system, developing and testing new featuresEvaluating potential problems and work with management to develop solutionsMaintain effective communication with various internal parties (engineering, procurement, accounting, commissioning, etc.) to ensure activity completion and reportingRequirementsBasic Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Related ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope, and budgetThe ability to understand business needs to drive buy-in among company leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environmentAn analytical mind with strong attention to detail and business acumenOutstanding organizational and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to make significant, quick independent decisions You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If YouDemonstrated thought-leadership in learning, challenging the status quo and achieving exceptional resultsPossess excellent communication skills and an ability to influence a variety of audiencesPast experience in a similar roleBuild constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partnersHave the ability to follow up on incomplete tasks and drive to completionProficient organizational skillsHave the ability to provide effective communication (written and verbal)Past experience with data analysis and reportingPast experience with CMMS programsYour Rewards!Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Wellness Programs and Incentives401(k) Retirement Plan & Company MatchPaid Time Off – Sick & Vacation TimePaid HolidaysHybrid ScheduleCool Open-Office ConceptDo you have what it takes to join the Enchanted Rock team?
