The Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a chance for full-time employment after the contract period.Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.- Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) Qualifications:- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri.- Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
