Job Title: Senior ETL / BI Developer (Hybrid)Location:Woburn, MA (Hybrid – In office Tuesday to Thursday)Experience Required:8+ Years W2 ContractJob Summary:We are seeking a Senior ETL / BI Developer with strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, analytics reporting, and cloud data solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ODI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Azure services.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for enterprise data integration.Design, develop, test, and document ETL programs and workflows.Perform data mapping from source transactional systems to target data warehouses.Build and maintain logical and physical data models.Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.Develop and support analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).Utilize Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and SQL Database for ETL and integration tasks.Conduct data validation, integrity checks, and performance tuning.Maintain documentation and source code version control.Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.Stay updated with new BI, ETL, and cloud technologies.Required Skills:Strong ETL development experience using ODI.Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).Strong Power BI dashboard/report development skills.Excellent SQL and database development skills.Data modeling and data warehouse experience.Knowledge of transactional systems and ETL best practices.Strong analytical and communication skills.Experience in Agile team environments.Preferred Skills:Microsoft Azure Data FactoryAzure Synapse AnalyticsAzure SQL DatabaseWork Model:Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday – Thursday)
