IT Support Engineer Contract6 month + onsite in Peabody MA (local only)Visa - first choice - Opt Ead, then - Usc and GC Support our team by working with Corporate IT Department. Support the day to day operations and trouble shooting. Must have a good skill base and a desire to learn! ResponsibilitiesBasic network troubleshooting, switching & routingActive directory moves adds and changesWindows Server troubleshooting & monitoringVPN onboarding and troubleshootingInternet circuit monitoring and troubleshootingWIFI troubleshootingTicket system monitoring and follow upHardware monitoring and troubleshootingVDI or SD-WAN knowledge would be a plus
