Role Description This is a part- time on-site role located in Knights Landing, CA, for a Behavior Specialist. The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, implementing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to individual needs. Additional tasks include monitoring progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and working directly with individuals and their families to support positive outcomes and skill development. The role requires a compassionate and proactive approach to improve the quality of life for the individuals served. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Expertise in Behavior Management and Behavior Modification techniquesEducational background in Psychology or related fieldsDemonstrated ability to assess, plan, and execute effective behavior intervention strategiesStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to the values of compassion and individualized careBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental needs is a plus
