This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting time‑sensitive shipments moving through our local courier network.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment that supports same‑day and next‑day deliveries.ResponsibilitiesReceive, sort, and stage incoming freight and packagesLoad and unload freight using pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and manual handlingOrganize shipments by route, priority, or customer requirementsPrepare freight for outbound courier dispatch and deliveryVerify shipment counts, condition, and documentationPerform basic inventory tracking and freight reconciliationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentUse smartphones, tablets, or warehouse systems for scanning and documentationCommunicate clearly with operations staff, dispatch, and supervisorsFollow safety procedures and operational instructionsPerform additional warehouse or operations duties as assigned by the Branch ManagerRequirementsPrevious warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftComfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced environmentReliable, punctual, and detail‑orientedBasic comfort with mobile devices or scanning systemsFlexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekendsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a courier, logistics, or distribution environmentFamiliarity with pallet jacks and warehouse equipmentPrior freight sorting, cross‑dock, or route staging experienceSchedule8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts availableDay / morning shiftMonday through FridayWeekends as neededEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)Benefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offBackground RequirementsA criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted by a third party.No felony convictions within the past 7 yearsEmployment is contingent upon successful background resultsHow to ApplyIf this position sounds like a good fit, please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your warehouse or logistics experience.Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies or DUI's in the past 7 years.
