Program Manager Contract-to-Hire OverviewWe are seeking a Program Manager / Implementation Lead to drive execution and delivery across complex initiatives. This role is responsible for owning program timelines, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring work moves efficiently from definition to implementation. The focus is firmly on delivery and execution rather than financial or budget management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn PMO responsibilities, including program timelines, scope management, and delivery tracking.Provide end‑to‑end visibility into milestones, dependencies, and the path to completion.Ensure deliverables are clearly defined, well‑understood, and met on time.Act as the bridge between planning and execution, translating defined requirements into actionable workstreams.Drive implementation and delivery in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.Identify risks, blockers, and gaps early, and proactively drive resolution to keep delivery on track.Required QualificationsStrong experience in program or implementation management with a focus on delivery and outcomes.Proven ability to manage timelines, scope, and milestones across multiple workstreams.Hands‑on experience operating in Agile environments.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around execution goals.
