OverviewJoin the Covered California team as a Senior Utilization & Cost Insights Specialist (Research Data Specialist II) in the Plan Management Division. You will independently lead statewide healthcare utilization and cost research that informs the annual benefit design process for Qualified Health and Dental plans.
