The B2B Team Manager will lead Wooltari's U.S. B2B operations across wholesale, food service, and distribution. This role owns channel growth, account management, and day-to-day execution — working closely with Wooltari Korea's B2B team on planning and strategy. [KEY RESPONSIBILITIES] Wholesale business managementManage and grow existing wholesale customer accountsDevelop new B2B partnerships and revenue opportunitiesConduct account reviews, pricing discussions, and business follow-upsMonitor sales performance, profitability, and account growthFood service & distribution executionExecute U.S.-side business development and account managementCoordinate with Wooltari Korea's B2B team on planning and expansionSupport onboarding and execution for new business opportunitiesCoordinate across sales, logistics, purchasing, and operationsTeam & operational leadershipLead daily B2B operations and account managementManage the B2B Account Assistant Manager across admin, customer comms, documentation, and order supportPartner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, marketing, and Korea officeSales growth & business developmentIdentify new business opportunities and market trendsDrive revenue growth across multiple B2B channelsPrepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reportsParticipate in client meetings, industry networking, and business development [QUALIFICATIONS]8+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business developmentExperience in the food, grocery, or distribution industryProven track record managing and growing customer accountsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBilingual Korean/English · Authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000 – $120,000Performance-Based Incentives Health, Dental, & Vision InsurancePTO & Paid Sick LeaveEmployee Discount on Wooltari Products
