Community Lead
Ramp Community Program ManagerRamp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you've built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.About the RoleRamp is seeking someone to build and run our Community program.Working closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams, you'll create scalable initiatives that transform users into advocates while establishing Ramp as a trusted partner in financial operations. You'll join a team that's already built a strong foundation: an active community, a packed events calendar, and deep relationships with the finance leaders and operators who love using Ramp. Our community is already a powerful asset: a high-caliber network of engaged decision-makers, a direct driver of retention, brand awareness, and expansion. This role is about bringing the systems, frameworks, and infrastructure that turn what's been built into something repeatable, measurable, and scalable. The ideal candidate is fiercely analytical, a natural systems-thinker, and knows how to build the infrastructure that turns momentum into scale. You have a builder's instinct and a track record of scaling what's working making it bigger, more repeatable, and more measurable without losing its edge. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape how we engage with our community, from individual users to enterprises. This is a great fit if you like working with customers and product teams, thrive on cross-functional coordination, and care about making sure customers shape what gets built. You'll need to be someone who thrives in an environment where things move fast. What You'll DoDesign and execute our comprehensive community strategy, developing programs that serve diverse user segmentsEstablish and grow regional chapters and vertical-based groups within the communityPartner cross-functionally to ensure community initiatives align with product and go-to-market goalsHelp define and operationalize the long-term community strategy and how it ladders up to Ramp's brand, retention, and expansion goalsCreate engaging experiences including community events, educational content, and recognition initiatives such as a customer awards programCollaborate with our Social team to design repeatable playbooks to capture content at community eventsWhat You NeedHave demonstrated success implementing Marketing programs across different user segmentsAre skilled at developing engagement strategies that drive measurable community healthTake a data-driven approach to measuring community impactExcel at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementExcitement to both develop strategy and be in the weeds on community managementAI fluency to build community programs as efficiently as possibleIdentify new community channels that expand reach without diluting qualitySystems thinking - you see playbooks, not just one-off initiativesNice-to-HavesExperience in fintech or B2B SaaSA track record of scaling large communities or advocacy programsBenefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)Flexible PTOUnlimited AI token usageCentralized home-office equipment orderingHealth and wellness stipendBudget for intra-office travelWeekly coffee stipendUnited States100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependentsOne Medical annual membership401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by RampFertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% payPet insuranceIn-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and moreRelocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)CanadaGroup medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun LifeLife, AD&D, and disability coverageFertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced payEmployee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino HealthUnited KingdomPrivate medical insurance through Freedom EliteVirtual GP and at-home care via eMed x LiviWorkplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice optionParental leave: up to 16 weeks (80 days) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced payReferral InstructionsIf you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.Other NoticesPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Beware of recruiting scams: Ramp will only contact you through official @ Ramp.com email addresses and will never ask for payment or sensitive personal information during the hiring process.Ramp Applicant Privacy Notice
