As a Trust Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting that work—partnering with Trust Advisors to manage client accounts, ensure accuracy, and deliver a high level of service. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, handling a wide range of responsibilities that require attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.What You’ll DoSupport Client Relationships & ServiceMaintain confidentiality while delivering a high level of professionalismSupport client service needs, including account updates, bill pay, and disbursementsAssist with client communication and correspondenceManage Account AdministrationOpen and close trust accounts and ensure proper asset registration and distributionSupport administration of trusts, estates, agencies, custodial, IRA, and pension accountsAssist with probate and estate processes, including asset inventory, appraisals, and annual reviewsPartner with Investment Services on account updates and rebalancingKeep Operations Running SmoothlyProcess account activity and maintain accurate documentationAssist with residence visits and provide backup support to AdvisorsHandle daily operational tasks and additional administrative responsibilities as neededWhat Makes You a Great FitYou’ll be successful in this role if you bring a strong mix of attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of professional office experienceStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyExcellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approachAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organizedComfort working across multiple systems, including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departmentsSelf-motivated with the ability to follow through independentlyWHY SECURITY NATIONAL BANK?Because the work you do here matters.
