HR Intern
Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and employee records Assist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication, ATS updates) Help maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries Assist with HR documentation, policies, and internal communications Coordinate training sessions, team events, and employee engagement activities Support immigration and compliance documentation as needed Assist with audit preparation and HR reportingQualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Interest in HR operations and employee engagement Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environmentSalary Range: $35-$45 / hour
