This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring quality workmanship, and upholding company promises through reliable service, professional communication, and timely execution.Role Description and Expectations  Service CoordinationReview and prioritize service calls using appropriate CRM/Project ManagementProgramCommunicate appointment details and schedule changes with homeowners as neededAssess on-site issues and determine the best course of action for resolution Material ManagementPick up and deliver materials required for service jobs efficientlyRemove excess materials and debris form service sitesService s RepairPerform small to midsize repairs involving roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors and deckingFollow proper installation and repair procedures to ensure lasting qualityCustomer CommunicationClearly explain scope of work, timelines, and any costs to homeowners as neededProvide excellent service and encourage positive reviews upon completionCompliance s SafetyFollow all safety protocols during job site visits and while transportingRecordkeepingDocument service details, photos, and notes in appropriate database. Adapt to evolving responsibilities in alignment with business needsQualifications Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or related fieldFamiliarity with one or more of the following roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decking and doorsRequirementsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to operate power tools, hand tools, and delivery vehicles safely and efficientlyClear, professional communication with both customers and team membersValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift and carry materials and tools up to 75
