Industrial / Manufacturing Lab Manager

Position OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on laboratory professional with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and production performance. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing or production laboratory environments who thrive in fast-paced settings. What You’ll DoPerform and support daily laboratory testing and analysis Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to established procedures Work in a high-volume, fast-paced production lab environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations Assist in improving lab processes, efficiency, and output Gradually take on leadership and team coordination responsibilities Preferred Background & SkillsWe are open to candidates with experience in any industrial, manufacturing, or production laboratory setting. Hands-on experience in a lab or production environmentExperience with analytical instruments (e.g., ICP, XRF) is a plus, but not requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexibility to work extended hours when needed
