Workday Learning Administrator

Job Summary: The Workday Learning Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the transition from a SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning. This position involves data migration, module administration, content management, user support, reporting, training coordination, and continuous improvement efforts to optimize the learning experience.Location:Marcy, New York, United StatesResponsibilities:- Support the migration of data from the existing LMS to Workday LMS.- Manage the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Workday Learning modules.- Collaborate with training teams to upload and organize learning materials.- Provide technical support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving system issues.- Generate system reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Assist in planning and coordinating new program rollout training sessions.- Participate in system reviews and user testing to enhance user experience.Required Skills & Certifications:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and troubleshoot system issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Bachelor's degreePreferred Skills & Certifications:- Proven experience with Workday Learning and similar Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors.- Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors.- Workday Learning or relevant LMS administration Certification.Special Considerations:- N/AScheduling:
