Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide exceptional therapy services to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities (SLP only). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (SLP only). Provide therapy sessions in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client progress. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (for SLP) or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (for SLPA). Current Florida licensure (or eligibility for licensure). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
